Katie Williams

Katie Williams leads Biltmore’s Operations Team, bringing more than twenty years of experience supporting Registered Investment Advisors and the technology platforms that serve them. Her career has focused on designing scalable systems, refining reporting processes, and creating operational structures that elevate the advisor and client experience.

Prior to joining Biltmore, Katie held a variety of operations and technology roles across RIAs and fintech providers, giving her a broad perspective on performance reporting, compliance, trading, data integrity, and workflow optimization. This background enables her to build and maintain an operational environment that supports Biltmore’s high‑touch, family‑focused approach.

Originally from Rockville, Maryland, Katie earned her Finance degree from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their two golden retrievers. As a family, they love exploring Charlotte and traveling together.
