As the Head of Estate Planning, Kellie provides integrated and customized advice across all elements of wealth management for client families, with a particular focus on estate and transfer tax planning, fiduciary administration, charitable planning, and succession planning for family businesses. With nearly two decades of experience in both private practice and the family office, Kellie serves as a firm-wide resource on advanced estate planning techniques and best practices for fiduciary administration and philanthropy. Prior to joining Biltmore Family Office, Kellie served in a dual role as Trust Advisor and Family Wealth Advisor for GenSpring Family Offices, guiding both advisors and client families on sophisticated wealth transfer and succession planning issues as well estate administration matters. Kellie began her career as an estate planning attorney for a boutique Florida law firm specializing in transfer tax planning, succession planning, special needs trust planning, and charitable planning. Kellie was a Harcourt Scholar at Rollins College, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and earned her JD with high honors from the Florida State University College of Law. Kellie recently attained her Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, providing education and guidance to client families around the selection and administration of charitable vehicles.
